Hey y'all I am Ari! I also go by "Ma-Ma, or Ma". As you can tell I am a mother based solely on the names my very rambunctious, heaven sent, almost 2 year old little boy by the name of Golden calls me. Thank each and every one of you that has made it this far, I hope that you stick around for this turbulent ride that some call motherhood.
I have recently found that motherhood is very unique to us all. However, I think we could all agree on one thing. If you do not have a safe space, a village, something to ground you, or even a little personal break. The odds of exploding increases more by the day, and if you have a child like Golden then I am pretty sure those odds increase by the seconds and you likely check out mentally around 5 O'clock on a good day!
I have searched high and low for an outlet and I am unashamed to admit that I became a wine mom. However, free weekends typically turned into wine O'clock at 12 PM with Real Housewives of ATL being binge watched until I start to miss G a little too much and go down a memory lane of when he was first born. Which ultimately turned into a crying mess because I am a little too tipsy for 6 PM and realization dawns that I have wasted yet another day and in some way have voluntarily let my son down. One day I decided to stop wasting the day and just become the safe place I desired which is why I created The Daily Mom blog.
This blog serves as a beacon of light for all women who have struggles and ups and downs concerning motherhood, life, and beyond. Through this blog I hope to draw a connection with each and every one of you. My desire is to create a place where transparency is welcomed and never judged, a place where the things that you may struggle with is not only something that you will overcome but someday tell the story of how you too became a daily mom. Thank you all for joining me on this turbulent ride of motherhood, life, and beyond!
Sometimes as a mother we do not want something that will give us all the answers. Sometimes we just need a place to vent maybe even send a prayer up or have someone pray on our behalf. Everyone is welcomed here no matter who you are or where you come from. We as women don't strive for perfection we strive to be understood and heard. Here is the now, Here is the future, Here is the past that lead us here and no matter what takes place. Now is the biggest obstacle. Subscribe to follow me on the journey that you have embarked on or planning on embarking on or a journey you have been on.
